REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

1. Uang muka pendaftaran yang dibayarkan kepada Panoramic Blessing tidak dapat dikembalikan (down payment non-refundable) pembayaran down payment minimal IDR 7.000.000 atau sesuai dengan paket tour/destinasi yang dipilih ditambah dengan biaya visa (jika ada).
2. Uang muka adalah tanda jadi untuk mengikuti tour yang dipilih dan BUKAN untuk mengikat nilai tukar Rupiah terhadap mata uang USD/EUR. Pembayaran pelunasan tour akan dihitung berdasarkan kurs yang berlaku pada saat pembayaran pelunasan.
3. Peserta bersedia memenuhi kelengkapan persyaratan dokumen sesuai jadwal dan ketentuan dari pihak Kedutaan Negara yang dituju.  Biaya visa tetap harus dibayarkan walaupun visa tidak disetujui oleh Kedutaan, demikian juga jika terdapat biaya lain seperti pembatalan hotel, kereta dan atau tiket pesawat yang terjadi karena adanya tenggat waktu yang belum tentu sesuai dengan waktu penyelesaian proses visa dari Kedutaan, dan juga biaya tour lainnya maka akan dibebankan kepada Peserta tour.
4. Pendaftaran tanpa disertai deposit bersifat tidak mengikat dan dapat dibatalkan tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu kepada Peserta.
5. Uang muka pendaftaran tidak dapat dialihkan atau diganti ke paket tour lainnya. (non-rerouteable, non-endrosable deposit).
6. Pelunasan biaya tour dilakukan 30 hari sebelum tanggal keberangkatan.
7. Pendaftaran yang dilakukan kurang dari 30 hari sebelum tanggal keberangkatan harus langsung dibayar lunas.
8. Bagi pendaftar yang berusia di atas 70 tahun atau memiliki keterbatasan fungsi anggota tubuh atau indera atau keterbatasan secara mental, wajib  didampingi oleh anggota keluarga, teman atau saudara yang akan bertanggung jawab selama perjalanan tour.

 DEVIASI (DEVIATION)

(Deviasi; Perubahan, perpanjangan, penambahan/penyimpangan rute perjalanan di luar rute perjalanan yang telah dijadwalkan oleh PANORAMIC BLESSING)

1. Deviations can be processed if a deposit has been made and a photocopy of the passport has been attached.
2. Deviations can be made if the number of departing and returning participants has met the quota of the airline's provisions.
3. If the deviation has been approved, a fee will be charged according to the airline's provisions and cannot be returned to the original schedule.
4. Panoramic Blessing does not guarantee confirmation of flights, hotels and so on if the Participant wants to extend the tour package schedule. Then if the deviation request cannot be approved by the airline, the participant will automatically return to the original schedule.
5. Deviations that will shorten the tour package schedule will not be given a reduction in cost from the original standard package cost.

CANCELLATION

If the tour event is cancelled by the participant before the departure date, the cancellation fee is as follows:

After registration: Registration deposit (Non-Refundable)
1. 60-31 calendar days before departure date: 50% of the total cost
2. 30-15 calendar days before departure date: 75% of the total cost
3. 14-00 calendar days before departure date: 100% of the total cost

The cancellation fee above also applies to several events such as the following:

1. Participants who change the departure date or change the package/type of tour.
2. Participants who are late in providing visa requirements from the deadline determined by Panoramic Blessing and result in Participants being unable to depart on time because their visa application is still being processed by the Embassy/related authorities.
3. If the visa application is rejected, while the ticket has been issued before the visa application is approved, due to the requirement in relation to the deadline determined by the airline, then the visa fee cannot be refunded and participants will still be subject to cancellation and administration fines in accordance with the conditions related to the airline, hotel and agent abroad.
4. Participant registration deposit cannot be refunded if the Participant cancels unilaterally.
   Tour participants who do not pay the tour fee before the ticket issuance process are considered to have canceled unilaterally.
5. Departure cancellations made by Panoramic Blesssing because the group does not have enough quota will be informed to participants no later than 32 days before the departure schedule.
6. Cancellations made by Panoramic Blessing due to the insufficient number of minimum participants for the tour departure requirements, then all funds that have been received from tour participants will be returned in full.
7. Cancellations made by one of the parties (Participants or Panoramic Blessing) due to natural disasters, war, disease outbreaks, terrorist acts or other 'Force Majeure' conditions, then the provisions above may change at any time without prior notice, depending on the policies of the airlines, hotels and partner agents abroad.

(Force Majeure; An event that occurs beyond human control and cannot be avoided so that an activity cannot be carried out properly).

REFUND

1. Tiket pesawat udara, kereta api, dan transportasi lainnya serta akomodasi yang tidak terpakai tidak dapat diuangkan kembali (non-refundable).
2. Bila calon Peserta tour berhalangan /sakit sebelum tanggal keberangkatan yang dijadwalkan maka pengembalian uang/biaya pembatalan, akan mengacu kepada peraturan pembatalan.
3. Bila ada pelayanan dalam paket yang tidak digunakan oleh para Peserta dikarenakan berhalangan atau sakit selama perjalanan, para Peserta tidak berhak menuntut uang kembali.
4. Bagi Peserta tour yang tidak diijinkan masuk atau dikenakan tindakan deportasi oleh pihak imigrasi Negara setempat (walaupun sudah memiliki visa), atau yang ditolak oleh perusahaan penerbangan, atau dalam perjalanan menderita sakit, atau ada kelainan jiwa, atau dalam perjalanan mengalami kecelakaan, yang terpaksa harus kembali atau menyimpang dari perjalanan yang telah ditentukan dalam acara tour, atau terpaksa membatalkan sebagian/hampir seluruh perjalanan setelah keberangkatan, tidak berhak atas pengembalian uang atau bentuk pengembalian lain apapun atas jasa-jasa yang belum atau tidak digunakan.
5. Proses pengembalian uang atau refund akan diproses Panoramic Blessing minimal dalam 7 Hari Kerja atau maksimal hingga waktu yang tidak terbatas. Lama maksimal proses refund ini tergantung dari Pihak Airlines dan Agen Partner kami yang memiliki wewenang dalam proses pencairan dana refund.

PIHAK PANORAMIC BLESSING TIDAK BERTANGGUNG JAWAB DAN TIDAK BISA DITUNTUT ATAS:

1. Accidents, lost luggage and delayed arrival of luggage due to actions of the airline or other means of transportation, then the replacement standard is based on the provisions of the international airline or transportation service provider used.
2. Loss of personal belongings, luggage, luggage at the airport, hotel and criminal acts that befall
3. Tour Participants during the trip.
4. Delays or cancellations of flight schedules, and all incidents that occur beyond the control of Panoramic Tour.
5. Changes or reductions in travel events due to natural disasters, riots and other 'Force Majeure'.
   Leaving Participants due to illness or accidents during the tour.
6. Cancellation of group departures due to not reaching a minimum quota of tour participants.

PANORAMIC BLESSING HAS THE RIGHT TO:

1. For the convenience and smooth planning of the tour, Panoramic Blessing has the right to issue plane tickets, trains and other transportation, accommodation, entrance tickets to tourist attractions without providing verbal or written confirmation to tour participants who have made a deposit or payment in full.
2. Cancel tour departures, if the number of participants is less than the minimum number of participants for a tour departure, and the tour fee that has been paid will be refunded in full.
3. For the convenience and smooth planning of the tour, Panoramic Blessing has the right to ask tour participants to leave the group if the tour participant in question tries to create a riot, disrupt the tour event, ask by force, and provide incorrect information about the tour event, etc.
4. Replacing hotels that will be used because the hotel is full and replacing it with another hotel of equal value according to consideration and confirmation. If during the tour period in the cities visited there is an exhibition/conference taking place, it will be replaced with other hotels of equal value in nearby cities.
5. The tour schedule can change at any time according to conditions that allow without reducing the contents of the tour event.
6. Panoramic Blessing has the right to charge the difference in tour price and others (if there is an increase in tour price, airport tax, etc.) to prospective participants.
7. Panoramic Blessing has the right to charge tipping (tips) from the Tour Leader from Jakarta if any of the tour participants have not paid.
